Is it worth having a hardware and a software forum?

Software would be advice on software, editing programs etc and hardware on the actual equipment. Kinda user reviews of there own kit, advice and a place were a newbie like me might go to look up for unofficial reviews of kit to buy.

Hey Lewis, thanks for the suggestion..

I think its a great idea, so far, as you know these kind of posts will go in the post production forum.  But when we have more people using the forums, I'll make sure they're split into the suggested catergories..
